Khatron Ke Khiladi torchaar gets more exciting as Gelato Italiano known to seduce the taste buds with innovative ice cream flavors launches a new flavor to complement the adventurous and tough spirit of the show. As thrilling as the show, the new dangerously delicious flavour with sensual goodness of dark chocolate with strong freshness of mint launched today at their Bandra outlet amongst much fanfare. The flavor in honor of the show will be called the Khatron Ke Khiladi Torchaar flavor. It will be available for a month, to coincide with the launch of the show.

Khatron Ke Khiladi haseenas Aliecia Raut, Dina Vindu Singh, Diandra Soares, VJ Mia and Aarti Chabria launched the flavor by indulging in it and speaking about why it took them back to their KKK torchaar experience.

“The flavour just explodes in your mouth,” gushed Diandra. While Dina said, “Dark chocolate and mint is such a potent combination. It is a very strong flavor and has been aptly named after the show.” Aarti, Alecia and Mia said they enjoyed the flavour a lot and are sure that the customers will love the flavour too.

Model Shashvat Seth, one of the participants of Khatron Ke Khiladi 4, talks about the crazy stunts and the fall-outs during the shooting of the show.

“The call I got from the production house, asking me to come to audition for Khatron ke Khiladi Torchar, was the best thing that has ever happened to me,” beams Shashvat Seth, a contestant on the reality show. The 23-year-old, Pune-based model can hardly stop gushing about the experience. “There was a face-to-face interview, followed by swimming, driving, physical endurance and medical tests,” he adds. Host of the show, actor Akshay Kumar, promised to take stunts to a whole new level of difficulty. “All the participants were blindfolded and were made to stand in a queue when Akshay came in,” he says.

Seth’s partner throughout the show was model Alesia Raut. “All the stunts were to be performed as a team,” he says. “In our first stunt, one of my legs was tied to a horse and the other to Alesia, who had to hit as many cones as she could while the horse dragged us along. This is when reality hit me. I had to compete with the other contestants, but the most difficult thing was the competition between my body and my mind. My body was in agony, as it was being dragged by the horse, but I had to concentrate on allowing Alesia to hit the cones,” he describes.

Vindu Dara Singh’s wife Dina has a done a tv show ‘Maa Exchange’ and now she is back after done shooting for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi‘ show which is her husband’s best friend Akshay Kumar as a host.

Dina Singh says that thought she always loved adventure and extreme sport, she never expected that Khatron ke Khiladi Torchaar ki stunts will be so dangerous! Besides being awake for around 17 hours they all had to be strong and fit enough to perform the torturing stunts. It was like you wake up thinking what will be the next torture today, and you go to sleep analyzing the previous stunts and yours and your partners performance.

About Akshay Kumar She says, “Akshay was a fabulous host and we could not wish for anyone better! He would make all of us cry for sure.But he would also break that tension on the set before the stunts by making us laugh. He was a host that was with us thru thick and thin and treated all of us as equals.”

Having started his career with action movies, Akshay Kumar has always been instrumental in raising the bar where action scenes and stunts are concerned. Hence it came as no surprise that when a show based on action and daring sequences was formulated, it was Akshay’s name that popped up for the host anchor. Khatron Ke Khiladi, a reality action-based T.V. show saw its first two seasons hosted by Akki with success. The third season which was hosted by Priyanka Chopra saw a drop in the TRPs which is why the makers decided to go back to Akshay for the 4th season. And to kick start this daredevil show with a bang, Akshay performed a live stunt at Filmcity, Mumbai on 2nd June fully enforcing his action-man image. “I am doing something this sort of stunt after almost five years so I was little apprehensive. It was the most difficult act I have ever done in all these years so there is a feeling of satisfaction. By doing a live stunt, all I wanted to prove was that whatever stunts we do in our show is real and no double is used,” clarified Akki to the gathered reporters. He added, “Also, while doing the stunt I was reminded that I would be the driving force for my contestants during the show. The stunt I did is special to me.”

Arriving on a bike wearing a fire-proof jacket Akshay’s stunt at the promotional event was well liked by everyone. Seen quietly chanting the Gayatri Mantra, Akshay had to be in a car which would burst into flames after a few minutes. Thankfully the stunt went well and he emerged unhurt. And not before increasing his fan following with his daredevilry.

Ok, it may sound bitchy, but we are happy to see Smita Bansal leaving episode 2.

If you want to see a real showdown, all competent celebs should last long. But Smita was mentally too weak to compete with other fierce celebs. As Akshay mentioned in the episode, Smita should keep away her “mitha mitha saas ka role” from Balika Badhu and concentrate on the challenges. She was afraid of water and gave up early in Stunt 3 “Kulfi Jamai”. As a result, Saurabh and Smita were eliminated.
